Nose's Point
My favourite headland hereabouts.
At the northern end of Seaham's Blast Beach.
A magnificent magnesian limestone promontory - slighty discoloured from its burial by a century of coal mine waste but thriving still. Home of breeding gulls and bedrock for a unique range of plants and fauna.
