Serious Jockeying
We enjoyed a lovely afternoon not quite at the races. There's a footpath (an old railway track) that runs along part of Stratford Racecourse, and we had a Blipmeet there.
All the better for not going actually into the racecourse as where we were, we enjoyed an elevated view, no crowds, plus there is a railway carriage that serves refreshments. What more could a Blipper want?
I'm sure that you will see quite a few horsey blips today.
Nikonabike has a great capture of a jockey becoming unseated. He was not injured. Neither was the jockey.
Thanks to LooseCanon and Technophobe for organising. As well as LC, TP and Nikonabike, there was also Lozarithm, Hidasrose and Rob, and Margaret, whose arm we are twisting to become a Blipper..
