Knew it was going to be beautifully hot today so I went for a very early (7am - every early for a Sunday!) run.

The weather didn't disappoint and I've spent the rest of the day soaking up the sun on the terrace.

Now for the football- France to win, well I hate Ronaldo and my brother in law is French :-)
