Jamming

Requirements:

French apricots, 1Euro/Kilo
Hammer
Stone emplacement marker
Camping gas/Skottle
Sugar and Vanilla pods
Borrowed Dutch jam-pan

Choose a clear sunny day, with a very high temp. in excess of 28'c
Extract stones on the beach and attack with hammer until kernals fall out.
Add to fruit vanilla pods and sugar.
Boil. (Also the jam.)
Bottle.

Eat on pain-chocolat.

Sunshine in a jar.

Camping can't get any better than this.
