Still Life

While sitting at a friends house contemplating what to do about some sickness I have at present I looked at this view. I looked at the shading which good artists can use to paint an image that looks three-dimensional, something I aspire to but can't achieve. I noticed it mainly with the picture frame but it exists all over.
