I discovered the poor child also has a case of mild cradle cap. Following Google's directions I massaged baby oil into her scalp, left it overnight and double washed with shampoo the next morning. It did the trick nicely.

This photo was taken on the 10th, but perhaps because it was sent from phone to phone and edited on 11th, it's registering as the 11th. Manual reallocation applied.
