Coffee & Walnut Cake.......!

Back blipping this one....as it was made to share with my Son before he left for the UK for his months work.....
Also this has to be one of the simplest cakes I've ever made and it was absolutely delicious...
I picked up rather a large cookery book in the library ...it's called Mastering the Art of Baking by Anneka Manning ...an Australian....
I'll certainly be trying some more of her recipes....!
