Food for Thought
The Mediterranean diet.
Bruschetta and gazpacho for dinner.
Not very British, is it. Plus I stink of garlic now. I'll be deported for smelling like one of those awful foreigners. First on Theresa May's hit list.
Sometimes my diet scares me. So far today:-
1/2 cucumber;
5 slices ginger;
1 banana;
"raw" yoghurt;
1 tin of tomatoes;
3 spring onions;
2 red onions;
1 green pepper;
3 cloves of garlic;
2 tomatoes;
some basil leaves;
olive oil (maybe 7 tablespoons);
sherry vinegar & that Italian vinegar (you know, the black one);
wholemeal bread (3 slices).
Oh, and a packet of Jelly Babies.
