Mono Monday: People

This is one I made earlier, but I just had to blip it for today's MM theme! They sell these blow up toys in roadside shops and this person sitting next to a reindeer just cracked us up. The picture had to be taken through the car windscreen, otherwise the moment would be lost.

The work day seemed to drag despite a nice team lunch. Holiday plans were discussed. And then I came home to find Gs room in an "organised mess" as she calls it; tidying up her big book case... she was rearranging the shelves when she realised it wasn't going to hold up, so took everything out. Turns out it just needed the screws tightened and the back nailed back. That actually ended up taking a bit longer than originally anticipated - with us going out for dinner in between for Gs favourite meal before she leaves. Came back and got the bookcase finished and placed insitu. G has hours of work tomorrow sorting out and putting books back. I said she'd make an excellent Minister of Labour!! ;)

Can't believe the things that are happening in the UK. A new PM weeks sooner than planned! So many contenders and all of them dropped out!
