Busy day at work.  

I keep saying to myself 'come on, you can do this, you can sort problems out', regardless of whether or not I can solve them!   I like a challenge :)

For the record I lost a pound this week, yay!  Hoping to keep it up now though with a 50th Birthday Party for a friend at the weekend, that could be interesting...

Shattered at 8pm, but I was at work at 8am this morning.  Heading off for a shower and an early night...
