Today...

was a challenge! Partly fighting the end of term demons; partly dealing with less than committed others - including some of those we serve and partly not being able to ignore body and mind's messages.

However - Tis done. 13 000 steps , a difficult conversation had and an interview secured so it was worth the Monday morning - slap in the face with a wet fish- feeling!
