Silk purses and sow’s ears comes to mind!!
 
P delivered these old agricultural animal feeders yesterday. They have been in his garden for many years, but he doesn’t want them anymore and offered them to us. They are now in our front garden and will have the deepest amount of soil for planting in that area!!
