Sunbathing in the Drizzle

This chap is supposed to baby-sit the tadpoles and young frogs in our pond, but is far more interested in working on his tan bleach, even when it is drizzling. At the moment, there is so much foliage of water lilies and irises, that it is hard to tell if there's a pond there, let alone what the frog and newt population is.
