1. Well, Dave has chaired his last Cabinet meeting and the removal van has arrived and is being loaded.  Cabinet members are saying lovely things about him and what a good PM he has been.  That must reassure him.
Labour, it seems, has gone into meltdown and are locked away deciding whether Mr Corbyn can be in the leadership ballot by right as he is the current leader.  Crikey.

2. I was lucky enough to be invited to a Mindfulness workshop today which helped create a bit of calm.
