New cleats

Came back and dropped Kilda off at home before going for a massage. Calf muscle has been playing up for a while. Spent an hour in agony as Kirstein got rid of most of the knots. Came back to find Kilda in her bed. Might have managed to get over the whining and barking when she is left at last. Fingers crossed. J came back from London. After the walking down country tracks and steps at the weekend on the bike ride, my bike cleats had finally given up. Time for new ones for the weekend. Rest of the night spent finish off the ironing. Rock and roll.
