Marsh Woundwort

I think this is a marsh woundwort but then again it might be hedge woundwort :).  Spotted it at Bassenthwaite which is a fantastic place for wildflowers.

There were a group of swimmers in wetsuits on the edge of the lake, looked like they were on a training exercise.  It was funny listening to their squeals as they got into the cold water.
