Aquarium Yoga - Heaven!

Up early for our 1st of 6 Tuesday morning yoga sessions. It was heavenly! We shared the space with the stingrays and jellyfish - it was beyond spectacular. I had a grin the entire time...we found it hard to hold a balance pose while watching them swim and float. It was a great way to start our day (i went with a coworker). I then attended lunch hour yoga as well so am thoroughly stretchy, bendy and calm today. Off for a dress fitting tonight in preparation for the reception to introduce and honour this year's 12 ambassadors (chosen from over 150 nominees). This is an amazing Canadian non-profit organization that assists those with breast cancer to cover costs and offer support. I am truly honored to be included in this group and will enjoy the upcoming year of promoting and supporting this worthy endeavour. I look forward to meeting the other 11 ambassadors tomorrow at the afternoon photoshoot. I am feeling very blessed today!
