Tiny Tuesday

At the moment I am running a day behind.
This photo was taken in the garden Tuesday morning.
I think it is a hover fly. Certainly not a bee.

Had a relaxing morning after last nights cruise.
Then in the afternoon it was my appointment back at Pinderfields to see my plastic surgeon, and check all was OK.
Soon put at ease, and he said all was looking fine.
ONe of the nurses cleaned the wound, and what a difference it made once all the scabby bit was removed . ( see extra photo)

He then checked it over. Assured me that it wa healing just fine,and made another appointment to see me again in two weeks.
He has such a lovely way with him. Makes you feel at ease as soon as he walks through the door and says hello.
I just have to keep putting the cream on twice a day for another week, and then use old fashioned Vaseline .
Oh and I also found out that his favourite subject is wine, and he is a member of the hospital wine group.
So needless to say we had quite a long chat about that subject. In fact he knows one of the members of our group who runs a wine shop near Wakefield. ( small world)
Good job I was his last appointment for the afternoon.

As it happened I had a wine club committee meeting at night too.
Managed to give my treasurers report, and show that we had a healthy bank balance.
