Happy Birthday

Another year, another birthday, another cake.  Many months ago, the Mr saw Nigella on a tv programme, she'd made a cat litter cake for the host.  The Mr mentioned he thought the cake was ace... so I parked that comment away and planned him such a cake for his birthday.  I opted to not put in in a litter tray - for a start that was a step too far, and secondly we don't need that much cake!!

The marzipan made it more realistic than intended...  Tasted way better than it looked!
