.....I'm having tonight?

Another pretty good night last night.......about 6 hours sleep.......ok, I woke up twice.......once for 90 minutes.but still...........

Much easier getting around today.......much less swelling...........shoes slipped on easily.........been able to walk around right throughout the day.....the ankle's a bit swollen now but an Ibuprofen should take care of that......i suppose it will take a while for my body to totally adjust to the new medication regime..........but so far so good.

I sent out several lots of flowers today........to work colleagues retiring or moving to new jobs...to a friend who is retiring........and to YH for her help over the last few weeks...........all ordered from the same place...two lots sent by courier and two by Royal Mail????? All of them being delivered from a local company.........none going more than about 6 miles............1 courier delivery was at 8.10 this morning.........the other one not until 4.15, .......1 mail delivery failed because no one was at home.........but YH's was left in a safe place............the green cardboard recycling bin!? Go figure.

In case you haven't worked it out.......I had steak, prawns, mushrooms and salad.
