We are going as quick as we can!

This letter came today asking if we are living in the house yet as it has been unoccupied for over six months. I know it's a standard letter, but I did feel slightly like I was being judged by the council (probably because I feel it is taking us too long to get then house finished). Obviously Stu and I can't wait till we can move in, but I really don't know why they care if we are living there or not, as we are still having to pay full council tax!
