Something strange in the neighbourhood?

I've been on a few site visits today - the first one was to a day centre next to this graveyard. 

Strange things have been happening there lately. The early morning cleaner has reported a strange presence in the rooms and two bunches of keys have mysteriously vanished at a time when no one else has been in the building.
