The 'arty' shot

A day on a watching brief in Duns for LH today. Found absoilutely nowt and it was a long day, but this is bread and butter archaeology. Won the job on Monday, completed it today and will have it written up and archived tomorrow.

The job wasn't interesting, but the farm was. Recorded on the very first maps from the 16th century as a small village, it essentially became two farms and both are now empty. The farm buildings and a number of plots have been sold sold for housing and the village will reappear on the map.
