Out with mad jack shouting for a splash over to Inchkeith; there to roam amongst the nettles, scrub, and dead birds, whilst being endlessly attacked by screaming gulls.
Most relaxing. It had been a beautiful sail over, with blue skies, but it got a bit squally on the way back. Still, it dried in time for the cycle to Angle Park.
So, Boris straight in as foreign secretary. I'm sure Erdoğan will be delighted to meet the author of this little ditty about him:
There was a young fellow from Ankara,
Who was a terrific wankerer.
Till he sowed his wild oats,
With the help of a goat,
But he didn’t even stop to thankera.
