Sunshiny Day

The day started cloudy but came out sunshiny. It feels like summer has had several false starts but I've lived here long enough to know that you have to grab good weather with both hands.

This tasty cone was served to me by a lovely young woman whose family used to live in my building. I first met her when she was 8 and now she's 19 - how did that happen? She's at university and must be a source of pride to her parents.
