Flowers number 13

This is a red hot poker ( sort of orange hot poker) knifofia....it wasn't until I started blipping that I realised these have a summer and winter variety. They don't like the hard frosts so usually I am disappointed with them but we have had a lot of cloudy wet weather with out the colder temperatures..and I have some flowers this year.

I took some pictures with both Nikon and Panasonic but liked the aperture and DOF in this one best.
