Nelson Back Beach

I had plans for today's photo - it was going to be of birds.  But the weather was lousy and I didn't feel like getting wet and cold so I sat around inside doing nothing instead.

This afternoon I went for a massage, and man she got into some interesting knots and tight muscles.  At times I came close to crying but I definitely felt freer when I got of that table.  Then I babysat my great niece so that her Grandmother could have one too.  

Late afternoon I went down to the back beach to visit this tree.  I love the way it grows on a lean and hangs out over the beach.
