It's surprising what your phone camera can do! 

I spent a lot of today in the garden picking raspberries and strawberries. I have made my first batch of raspberry jam (5 jars) and I'm waiting for them to cool so that I can see the jam consistency to alter boiling times and sugar ratios (jam sugar: granulated) for the next batches. There's 2kg of raspberries and 1kg strawberries in the kitchen which won't last long so I'll need to make more asap! 

I received my official "all your conditions have been met so you definitely have a place" email from Cambridge today. Hopefully more information about my course and accommodation will be on their way soon too!
