Sail away.

Went to see Ruby in her end of year and last performance at primary school yesterday evening. She acted in three parts and sang solo, how brave, l could never have done that.
We had packed the car before we went. As soon as it finished we set off for Abersoch, this meant driving west from Ilkley so we watched a wonderful sundown and sunset for the first half of the journey. arrived around midnight.
Welcome lay in this morning. Did take a selfie and made it abstract but l was not happy with it so have abandoned AT this week. We then had a pleasant walk from Sarn Bach into Abersoch along the beach. Busier than a couple of weeks ago but nothing like it's going to be in the next few weeks.
Went to our favourite cafe for lunch: griddled red pepper, haIoumi and hummus on seeded sour dough, then a slice of carrot cake with creme fresh to share along with a cup of the best coffee in town.
Back home along the beach and Mr P has gone on one of his favourite coastal runs. l'm trying to reply to all the lovely comments and gifts you've given me over the past three days, never had three blips on page one of the populars before, thank you again, l am more than grateful. It's taken me ages as the wifi is very poor here. Not even sure if this will download!
