Another Biennial piece in Toxteth, which seems to be doing quite well in that respect this year - there are at least 2 others to see.  A similar artistic comment to yesterday's shot.  The sculpture is made from the same tin material used to shutter the doors and windows of houses in area doomed for demolition.  Elephant Grass (used in the production of biofuels) is planted around and will eventually start poking through the holes in the tin.  It speaks about the tensions in the world around us, both for good and ill.
