There's a bird on a branch ....

The weather was better today .... warm enough and sunny enough to sit outside and read my book.

After our game of golf L and I went for a cycle ending up, as usual, down at the harbour where there is always plenty of action.  Pier jumping is so popular now the children, and some adults are having to queue up to take their jump.

Just as you approach the harbour there is an area of rather dead looking shrubs at the top of the beach. The local sparrows can often be seen there surveying all from the top of the spindly branches.
