I want to break free!

Just had a very frustrating couple of weeks culminating in visits to my friendly chiropractor.

The long and short of it is that I have a dose of sciatica and have been banned from taking part in the Liverpool Night Ride this Saturday. (I am planning to do the 100k at a later point in the summer so would ask all my sponsors to bear with me if possible.)

But tonight I was given permission for a gentle stroll as long as it was no more than 3mph, so have dropped Mrs DD at the theatre with the girls and have had a stroll along the river.

Not sure whether a visit here is allowed or not. I may just keep it a secret.
