Fly Away Home

Great to be outdoors in the sunshine. Hooray, it finally reappeared in Scotland - long may it last!!!! .
A morning visit to the RSPB wildlife centre at Lochwinnoch this morning was wonderful, so much so I became a member. Great to donate to a worthwhile cause and the money goes to this centre. Managed to spot and photograph all sorts of things today with varying success. Robins, juvenile and adult, a huge variety of finches, siskins, and a nuthatch . Also spotted the osprey that has been visiting the centre recently as I was going back to the car, sadly no pics of that. Later a long walk with Polly, saw this wee one in the meadow. My step count for today was pretty good- tired legs tonight. :-)
