Worth a Wait

My consultant never runs on time and I was one of the last waiting this afternoon. Usually , an hour's wait would render me grumpy but I just went with it and paused for breath. He was, as always, very supportive and helpful.

Barely had any breath after our spin class later this evening. Legs still tingling two hours later - he really made us work.
Exam marking afterwards and for the second time today, I was happy to be sat still!
