Escaping The Heat

We heading inland today to escape the ever present heat of Zihuatanejo. For the past five years we have house sat for our friends in Pátzcuaro, but the timing didn't work out this year. My wife was not to be denied a chance to cool off, so we are spending two days at our favorite hotel in order to bring our core temperatures down to a more normal level. Part of the cooling off process are the afternoon rains. Today's held on a little longer than usual, creating a nice abstract at one of our favorite restaurants. We have a list of favorite places we usually visit throughout our two week stay, but with only two days we are hustling around experiencing everything we can in short order.
