Another one to prune

The problem with going away for three weeks from mid June is you miss so much at home. Lots of flowers have come and gone in that time , leaving holes in the flower beds that need filling. I have a polly tunnel full of very tall lettuces and all the odd corners of the garden filled with weeds. We were very blessed to have people cut the grass for us, if that had not been done we would have needed machetes to get around. 
In addition to all this garden work I have half a Tour de France to catch up with ( our guys seem to be doing really well this year) and all of Glastonbury. The BBC provides extensive coverage that will all have to be watched in the next few days before it disappears.
And of course there is the problem of 6000 holiday shots to review and categorize and 21 blips to select. After all this I will need another holiday, hard life isn't it.
