...to ward off some of the hurt

which is happening in our world today

although it cannot help - it seems at least a small token - of something to do - for my heart is very heavy at the brokenness - which continues to plague our - beautiful planet - these recent violent attacks are not why we are here - we were not created to destroy each other - where's the purpose in that?

i tend to be of a simple mind - so seeing this flower - the beauty it offers us - is one way i know to soothe, heal - to offer peace to those who suffer - at a level where words may not penetrate - and hope that beauty might instill itself throughout the land - restoring balance and peace so we can have...
