Armegeddon?

I was driving up the M6 after collecting my son from his Grandma's house and around Kendal was hit by this incredible sunset over in the west.

I pulled off at the first available exit and eventually found somewhere to stop and jump out to grab a photo. I think my son thought I was going mad. Funny hows eight year olds think a Wrestling magazine featuring Sheamus is more incredible than a sunset like this.

Maybe one day he'll change his mind. I bloody hope he does.

Anyway, this was taken around 9.15ish and the sunset followed us all the way up the M6, the sun only losing its fight against the night at way after 11. It certainly made the journey more interesting than usual.
