Alpaca

Vicugna pacos The Alpaca is a South American camelid resembling a small Llama, and has been domesticated for thousands of years. There are no Alpacas in the wild.
It is bred for it's beautiful delicate and soft fibre which is similar to wool only much finer. In Peru - It comes in more than 52 natural colours.

This was only one of the hundreds of animals that were on show at the fantasic Ryedale Show North Yorkshire. It was a real treat today, the weather was kind to us all, most of the exhibits behaved themselves, (apart from a cow that Riversider describes in his blip) If you have never been, then can I suggest you make the effort next year. A brilliant day out.
