Before Trivia

On the way home I stopped to catch this sunset at Newie beach.  I saw two interesting things along the way.  The first was a mass of people all transfixed to their phones walking alongside the harbour.  I imagine they were entranced by the new craze Pokemon go.  The second thing was a lovely couple who were visitors to Newie who were looking at a map.  Oh yes, a map.  Not on their phones but the thing that comes on paper.  What a contrast. 

Just back from a trivia night where we came a respectable 5th.

How sad about the tragedy in Nice.  Sometimes I just wonder at the world today.
