People training

We are house and pet sitting a cat and dog come September. We are au fait with cats after years of experience but haven't walked a dog for a long time and in need of some guidance. The shot shows our willing trainer B who enlightened us on the joys of throwing a warm wet soggy ball (it's lying just between him and the camera), loosing it - only pretending apparently - wading through mud and getting soaked. He also reminded us about the reward system of handing out treats although didn't feel the need to go the full way of providing the 'necessary' for scooping the unmentionables. Another training session required.

As you may have gathered after two days of good weather its very wet today, good-job the grass was cut yesterday evening, John on the ride on - the red one that arrived from Cumbria just after Christmas, his first proper outing on it, he looked in his element. And me on the strimmer although a lot less to cut than a few years ago thanks the ride on.

A few more training sessions with B and we could be ready.
