Granny Duty unexpectedly cancelled today - so walked early with the ladies

By 11.30 - had walked just under four miles - leaving home at 7.15 - been to the farm shop - supermarket - ironed - and caught these birds through the kitchen window

Think this justifies the rather large chocolate muffin - filled with fresh cream - I've just eaten - though think I should now work off the calories by cleaning said window
