How would you like to open up your computer for the first time in the morning and see this screen? Welcome to my world.

I have an appointment Saturday afternoon to bring it into the shop. From what he said on the phone, I'll need a new hard drive and probably re-installation of the operating system. I bought this thing in January 2016. (I've never liked it.)
