.....if you need it...............a brain!

Following yesterday's diagnosis I had an almost totally sleep free night........outside at 3.40 this morning raging at the world..........I think I managed about 1 1/2 hours sleep..........and then I saw the latest news from France........and it made me change my perspective.

Today I  have been thinking about what my future holds............I will still have my family and friends............I will have good days and bad days......I will be able to do what I  make myself do.............as the consultant said......"Make the most of your good days.........and the bad days....make the most of them too".

For my oldest blip friends I have posted a message about the diagnosis on one of your past blips (2nd Dec 2015, or 1st,3rd or 10th of July this year)...........if any of my other followers or visitors want to know.....just ask.......it's not a secret.
