Friday forbearance

Managed 19000 steps today so worth a kitkat- at least that's what I told myself.
Got home in a mood - actually bought the kitkats after stomping off for a walk. They were a peace offering after some ill-directed harsh words! They weren't reciprocated.
A case of the Friday furies on my part.
Finally watched The Revenant,it was bloody gory! I found myself hiding behind my cushion through most of it!
I've also decided abstinence is no fun.
