I fought the law ....

A couple of years ago, I discovered that I had been driving my car without a current MOT for more than a month.
I thought I had escaped punishment, but yesteray, I was sentenced to two years in prison and the photo shows my home for the next 24 months.

Actually this is the inside of Peterhead Prison. It was closed to prisoners about three years ago and part of it has been recently reopened to the public. The prison used to home some of Scotland's toughest prisoners and it was fascinating, if a little scary, to see around it. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
