Meet the torturer.

Today we spent a happy few hours at Castle Fraser where the National Trust for Scotland had organised a session of Mediaeval Madness.
This was the resident torturer talking about his craft and explaining how best to pull out someone's tongue with a pair of iron pincers. That was the least unpleasant of his many tricks of the trade!
