Holy Island

The tide covering the causeway leading to Holy Island.I love Holy Island but  it is best to visit in the winter.
Our visit today was dreadful.Very busy and the walk up to the castle is now lined with vendors selling fish and chips.Helen walked up to the castle and I walked back to the car and waited for her.I couldn't get off the island fast enough.Horrible.Full of scruffy tourists.Why are the British so badly dressed?I blame outdoor shops  that sell such dreadful rubbish.Remember when a base layer was underwear.Shit clothing sold to the mugs who buy it.
