Winchester

Have driven to Winchester this evening for the weekend to see a friend who had an operation on Monday. Took a bit longer than hoped due to traffic, and was not impressed with the staff at Ask when I tried to get some dinner - being tired and hungry always brings out the grump in me!!

Am staying at the Royal Hotel and this is on the outside wall. At least the staff here were sympathetic to my plight, and I had a really lovely meal!
