Approaching Motueka

Took a drive over to Motueka this afternoon - this view almost meant I didn't get there in time, but I just managed to squeak in.  An open home - an interesting house - lots of potential, lots of work.  Hmmmmmmm.....

On the bright side though, the rain that threatened produced a mere 6 splashes.  Back to full sunshine on this side of the bay.
